Step 1 : Since PayPal does not support personal accounts in Nigeria, you will use their foreign websites like https://paypal.com.ae or https://paypal.com.us then click on sign up.

Step 2: You will be asked to choose between a personal account or a business account, click on the business account and proceed.

Step 3 you will be asked to enter your email address, enter the email address and proceed.
